  • Defective or Damaged Goods: If your product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.

How to Return an Item:

  2. Once approved, we will send you a return authorization and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the return authorization form, and ship it back to us.
